hiello all i have just got a nokia 3510i put in my sim and it wont let me ring out or download ringtones pictures anyfing lost and confuzzled possibly need unblock code?!?

1) this is a DCT4 phone
2) code requests are not allowed the is a button marked "unlock codes" at the top of the page for that ...it's freee !!


and the bad news is it sounds like the phone is reported lost/stolen and has been network blocked as you cannot call out...nothing you can do about that...
