nokia 6260 & bluetooth

hey guys

got my nokia 6260 this morn nd i dont really know anyone else who has one so if someone has one could they please let me know if they can pair there phone with the pc because i used to be able to do it with my nokia 6600 but now it comes up saying "service serial support not found on this device "

any sujestions oh n a droped ma laptop yesterday could that be y its not letting me connect

sorry everyone i just found out you dont need to pair the device before you can use the nokia suite sorry for the waste of thread

how were you able to use pc suite?

it paired to the device automatically first time by (selection the thing you want to use *transfer music* n it looks for the fones about n askes if u want to pair u click yes then thats you away) ,plus i have another question the 6260 is reduced size mmc so y didnt a get a wee extender thing to use it in my card reader.anyone out there wae a 6260 let me know if they got one thanx

what bluetooth driver did u use? do you have a link on where i could download that driver?

The best bluetooth driver to use with PC Suite is the Widcomm 1.4.2.10, but u need to get some crack files in order for it to work with your Bluetooth adaptor. Nokia states that PC Suite works with this drivers, and when i got it to work it connects perfectely.

I also had trouble geting pc suite to connect to my 6260, but now its working great.

ok, was able to connect my phone to my pc already...

just needed a new version of my bluetooth driver thats all.

my dirver came with the cd n that works fine ,n am annoyed tht the 6260 dont get a wee extender thing for the rs mmc anyone know where to buy 1

if you want i could send u the driver via msn or summit a dont think its that big

oh and how is the video recording on your 6260 mines is all weird am thinking about taking it down the the nearest nokia repair and getting the firmware upgraded if there is one can anyone help me there
