Too much has already been posted on the forum bout this..

Just try searching the forum for once before posting.. (didn't u read the new rules for posting)

And as Tenzon said.. any PC connection is far better than GPRS

So happy searching

I'm not sure what you're asking, but dial up isn't quite twice as fast as gprs (dialup usually gets like 40-50 kbps unless you have certain types of enhanced dialup, gprs is like 25-40 kbps)

What flashes?

Camera flashes? none out for n-gage - it doesn't even have a camera

Flash memory cards? Of course, use MMC cards. 128 MB is a safe size to use, but only certain brands of 256 MB and 512 MB work. Search the forum to find what types.

Glad to have you join the forum. We're open to new members and visitors so long as they read the forum rules and don't do anything to jeopardize the mods or forum (e.g. post porn, upload commercial apps, ask for files to be sent to them, etc.) Just use common sense and we're glad to help. Peace.

In other words also called as firmware upgrade..

Usually flashing a mobile refers to updating of its firmware..

Check the current version in your mobile.. the latest version for N-gage is V4.03..

If you have this version then it's good, if you dont then it's very good :-P

as is eveident while you browse this forum searching for firmware related questions.. one such post is this http://nokiafree.org/forums/t49748/h/s.html

Version 4.03 has many errors and the previous version is much better.. unfortunately you cannot rollback to an older version of firmware.. so be content with what you have..
