Trouble unlocking 6200

I have tried twice to unlock my nokia 6200, and got a "Code Error."
Three tries left...
It is a 6200(NPL-3)
The IMEI is:
and the unlock code that NOKIAfree v3.10 gave me is:

Quintouple checked all my inputs and tried code #1, "Code Error", two tries left.
Any ideas as to what is wrong?
