Label Dreamchat system error

Guys,
I was wondering where i could get a decent copy of Label Dreamchat? It's the app where you could chat with somebody else through bluetooth. I tried installing it and it keeps on giving me a system error when i try launching it. I'm thinking the file might be corrupted. Do you have a decent copy that you could send me?

Where exactly can i download a good copy of the file?
I've tried aivanet and mediaplace but these are the channels where if not most of the dreamchat files are corrupted...
