Nokia 3650 No Memory Close Apps

hi i just got a nokia 3650 used and sometimes when i am trying to look at sms or videos i have filmed it says there is not enough memory and to close apps, but nothing is open. i have deleted all the SMS (there were like over 300) and also saw in another post to change log to one day, does anyone have any other ideas on how to help or is my phone screwed. thanks.

Make sure your messages save on your memory card and not in the phone memory. Go to messages, click on "options" and go to "other", it should be somewhere in there.

try holding the menu button, then press c to close any running apps.
