I am using a 3310 Flash with KeyGuard Security and SMS Security.
When KeyGuard is enabled and Keypad is locked. Then to Unlock the keypad it asks for the security code. If the Security Code is given wrong for more than 4 times then it wont accept the correct code. Mr Dvirus gave me a solution to this problem that just leave the phone for around 10 mins and it will recover from the problem. But If the phone is switched off and rebooted the problem would remain and wont go off if it is left for even 30 mins.
Has anyone else also faced this problem and what is the cure to it ?

Ya !! its true that writing Virgin EEProm and full factory reset would clear the problem but what should be done in case I am away from home without my MBus Cable :-?
I hope YAK would definitely look into the script

@compuboy, I think if U use the guard.nrx script instead of messages_guard.nrx the problem go off too

Mr. Compuboy,
That's no script or Nokia problem.
It was supposed to lock Ur phone in case someone try to use it unauthorised.
I would say next time just remember the right code, since no script could ever replace Ur bad memory or the lack of cables.

i'm sorry to disagree but i've made a script that allows to reset security code counter :D and keep on missing the right code
read script's info and post bugs (if any)

well,
for those that don't want to get bothered to reset the counter i leave this script that allows to have unlimited tries to find the correct security code 8-)
enjoy
PS:
next step-> find a way to reset security code to default via menu ;)
cheers
enjoy and have a HAPPY 2005

Hi,
It's cool, though I not see this as solution.
With cable(s) U can do anything U like to get or reset this code.
For Ur info, put a value of non digits or ff's, and Nokia reset itself to 12345.
