The message "cannot undo restriction" means one has tried to many wrong codes (usually 5 attemps max in Nokia) , it's no more possible to unlock by code, need a cable !

I also need to have my mobile unlocked (http://www.cingucell.com). It's actually having that same problem: Cannot Undo restriction. Can anyone help me now unlock my cellphone instantly (http://www.cingucell.com)?
