Hi all! Maybe someone remember the first time I posted my program in this forum a long time ago.... Well, now it's time to announce that the version 1.0 is out! I have updated my project because I am tired of being "oppressed" by the KVT Symbian installer, a software that was simply a stolen and edited version of mine. After time, the KVT improved ONLY in hiding my work, and not improving his functions. I'm still asking myself why people use it: it requires a registration and an installation. Mine is completely FREE. I neither have a little banner, other then the one of my site-hosting and the one of the forum-hosting. And you can run it directly from the directory where you unzipped it. Anyway... You can download it here: www.giptech.tk (http://www.giptech.tk)

My website works perfectly! Anyway... Yes, you can choose where to install every single file. And it's also easier than the kvt to choose where.

Well Guys,

I download it from the website, but it gives me an error when i click on the extracted .exe

Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of it's dependencies are not correctly regsitered : a file is missing or invalid.


Well i downloaded the zip file of 230KB and have Operating System Xp with Sp2 installed..

yo gip can your app allow u to give the option to install additional things ie when u install smartmovie it asks u if u want to install the demo vids?

You can repack the software after editing it with another program.

Ok... Maybe I didn't explain myself well... You must edit the app file, with an assembly editor or such... This requires a lot of programming skills. I can't halp you in this, since I don't know how to do it! :smile:

All of my work is taken reference from symbian.com. I don't take anyone code or software to make my mine. You soo proud. You dont think that has only you in the world that can make that kind of software :). My software has less function cos i dont have time to make it perfect. Because i have do thesis for finish my 4th year study. I'll make it more easy to use in next time when i have free time.

Yeah, I was very young and proud at that time... :lol: Sorry! I was only very angry, because your sw looked IDENTICAL to mine! I know that I'm not the only one that can make this sw... It is a very simple program. Also.. I want to thank you for that calm reply! If I were your shoes, I would have killed everybody! :D
