512mb mmc works fine on 6600?

Hello,
i just got a nokia 6600 and i'd like to know if it's worth buy a 512mb mmc?
I read a few stuff and some ppl say that the phone start to be slow other tell that they can not fill the memory card.. i'd like someone explain me this clearly.
Also theres is significant diferences between brands?
i'm thinking in buy a 512mb mmb brand TwinMOS for 55.4EUR = 74USD = 39POUNDS.
Is this a good price for this mmc?
Let me know your opinion about using 512mb mmc cards in your 6600 phones.

I use 512 MMC (Trancsend) - 70$. Works fine!

I have 5 NGage games, 3 films, some mp3's, 500 pictures and ringtones.
It takes me ~ 5-10 sec to open Gallery. (So I think it's not very slow)

Well seeing that were talking about 512mb mmc & not a 1GB mmc. I use ATP 512mb mmc in my QD. Sorry don't have a 6600. A matter of fact i recently brought a second one 4 $49.99 @ Ecost. Never had any trouble with them @ all so far. :D

In my QD i have just 4MB left in my 256MB and it's works fine
i don't have a 6600, but my bro does and he owns an 512MB MMC(it's an RS) that has just 90MB free RAM, and his phone works fine, u have to ait just 2 or 3 secs to get the gallery opened
