Nokia N-Gage QD Unlocking

I am a newbie to all this. I am trying to get a QD unlocked. Can anyone tell me how I can do it using the calculater provided with this website?

Explain it to me like a 3 year old. I've never unlocked a phone in my life.

use asic 5 option, its dct 4 phone, and use v2 gen.
