Nokia 3660, start-up failure... contact the retailer

Plz...
Anyone can help me with my problem?
My phone keep restarting at the "nokia" screen...
These r the methods I've tried, but all not working !!!
1. press green key + * + button 3......no use
2. press edit(pencil) button, no use...
3. press menu button, no use...
4. remove MMC and also simcard and try the above 3 methods also no use...

If there any others method?
Plz help me...

....if Nokia appears and then fades four times, then there
is no way that a format will help you. have it brought to
a nokia service center or search the net for a service center
near you... if it were a "contact retailer" message then you
still have hope, but a phone reflash is in order...

HI buddy ,

got the same error message few days back , then i switched off the phone and again restarted it with pencil key pressed state.

after it my system booted. please try this and let me know bout this
