PHONE MEMORY: i think there is some code. search the forums and u will find out. or might as well get the phone flashed and get the latest firmware

formating the phone:
use one of these two codes: - turn off the phone, push the following keys (when turned off) * and 3 and green, then turn on the phone ( keep the keys pressed), so "formatting" ( word ) will appear in the screen, when the sceen is all black the formating is over.
or the other method that is more simple: *#7370#
