S105 Locked - Entered wrong passcode 3 times.

Have a T-Mobile S105 in USA. T-Mobile gave the Unlock code but unfortunately entered it thrice and it was wrong. So phone is completely locked now. How do I go from here ?
Any help is appreciated.
