I've just got a 6600 and 6630, and need to transfer all my SMS text messages from my old Sony Ericsson T610 to these two Series 60 devices.

I've backed up the messages from the T610 using Float's Mobile Agent into .CSV, .XML and .HTML files, and tried sending those to the 6600/6630, with no luck. All they do is display the files as raw text.

Is there any way of transferring the SMS messages from the T610 to a Series 60 device, or getting the new phones to recognise the .CSV/.XML/.HTML formatted lists of messages?

Any help much appreciated

i tot SE T610 stores smses in sim card? (or in phone mem, but they can be moved to sim) <if my mem serves me right, used to owe T630>

then just go to the sim icon in ur 6600/6630 to see the messsages?

Nah, it stores the messages in phone memory, and the SIM space has its own folder ("Archive").

That would work, but my SIM card only stores 10 messages :(

There must be a solution out there... anyone?
