View Full Version : Nokia 6620 Unlocking AT&T PLEASE HELP

I TRIED TO UNLOCKING MY NOKIA 6620 WHICH IS LOCKED BY AT&T BUT I CANNOT UNLOCK AT ALL. I FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS FORUM, BUT STILL WHEN I ENTER THE FIRST NUMBER ON THE CODES +1 IT SAYS INSERT SIM CARD, WHEN I ENTER NUMBER +7 IT SAYS CODE ERROR. I BROUGHT IT TO A CELL STORE BY MY HOUSE AND THEY SAID IT CANNOT BE UNLOCKED BY CABLE EITHER, BECAUSE WHEN THEY ENTER THE # BUTTON AT THE END OF THE CODE IT WOULD SAY PLS INSERT SIM. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO, IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING :mad: . ANYONE PLS HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY I CAN UNLOCK MY PHONE, PLS HELP

I have a Nokia 6620 with AT&T and I just unlocked it using Crux v3.10 and the following parameters:

31038
Asic 2
33835
code #1

Just unlocked mine... Griffin was failing to unlock this one... but now it is everything fine!!!

I downloaded the 3.10 Crux calc and it still tells me code error for #7 and "Please insert SIM card" on the other codes. The calculator had the same information,

code #1.
Any help would great.

Others,

I finally unlocked my Nokia 6620 purchased from AT&T. The dealer had to use a special device (dunno what it is called) to reset it. It took them two days to do it. The problem I had with it not accepting the unlock code might be because I tried too many wrong ones. In my case, the phone just stops accepting codes instead of disabling the phone.
