Hi Guys,

I want to know who find out the First Algo for DCT4 Calculator??

For example Hongxing is telling everywhere in Austria that he was the first guy all over the world who find out the Algo of NOKIA DCT4. Later someone has stolen it from him?! Thats his words!! Is that right???
