I made a concept
It is still in design stage but here it is....

basically you pick up the ear piece and dial the number then when you finished the call you replace the earpiece and place the phone back in your pocket

Nokia are releasing a similar phone called the 1930s
I think it should run off the production line in maybee 70 years ago :lol:
