Help! Copy SMS from old 6600 to new 6630

Hi - I've just got a 6630 - nice phone.

I have about 500 sms messages stored on the MMC card in my previous model, a Nokia 6600. There is a Data Transfer App which came with the 6630, and it's transferred all my image and contact data fine to the new phone, but there are no options to transfer Messages from the 6600 to the new 6630.

Can anyone help me in this?

I posted a message the same as this about a month ago... unfortunatly nobody was able to help me. I had about 1500 texts I wanted to save, in the end I took the MMC out of the phone and plugged it in to the card reader on my PC. I copied the entire "mail" folder to my PC and now I'm just waiting for BIGGER RSMMCs to come out so i can try copying the files back over to the phone.

this summer i've tried to do the same (couse my mmc was overheated :D), but without success :( ...
....perhaps the guilt was of my n-gage (that doesn't support SMS in MMC..) :confused:
