Restart phone memory

Hi guyz, i've a panasonic x701(symbian series 60,8 mb phone memory).
Here's my problem:When i wnat to restart my phone memory i use the normal code to restart:*#7370# but nothin' happens..
can som1 help me out?

v v strange...have you tried *#7870#? or <*> + <3> + <green button> and keeping on holding all 3 buttons and switching on phone?

nope, they don't work..
i'm desperated because i want to play other n-gage games on my phone ,also if sonic,mlb slam,puzzle bobble,puyo pop work..
