can anyone help me to format my ngage QD, i have a prob, when starting only nokia displayed in screen.

anyone knows,plzhelp me!!!!!!!!

once the Nokia word is displayed on the screen, the phone closes it self after that?
I had this problem too, a long time ago, sorry but u should take it to the nokia care center so they can format it to ya...

You can actually do a reset on your QD, just enter #7370# and you will be prompted if you want to initiate the reset. Confirm by entering your lock code which i suppose is 12345 or 99999

Just remember to backup your contact which will be erased during the reset

Some or most QD problems can be solved just by doing a reset. Taking it 2a Nokia Care Center, would be my last resort. After everything else fails.
