7600 unlock problem

Hi guys,
I've managed to unlock my 7600 locked to 3 UK but instead of using code 7 I used code 1. It says Sim restriction lifted but if I stick an Orange sim in it doesn't show coverage. I tried entering the code 7 but it says no sim restriction.
Any ideas what to try now ? Would be very gratefull.

well.. you can use all the set of codes from the ones you get 1st and 7th
but might be one other problem..i dont think that thats a lock
