Maybe they will focus on optimizing the already release emus,and that will be a great thing.And thinking about their future symbian game projects i'm a bit skeptical,mainly because their java games sux in every possible way.

Maybe they realized that 6 hours after official release TWO cracked version of vSun were out(And the same applies to vNes & vBoy).BTW,People that pay for applications have the right to make complains.

BTW i didn`t even pay for the vsun i just tryed the trial and that was enough since i wont waste my mmc space on so slow emu! guess they just see that today`s s60 phones have alot of trouble to run so advanced system like eks snes.maybe they will be back making emu`s when new phones with more power will come! the only one that should buy the vsun now is people with 6630 since that got more power 8-)

No. It will have the same as 7610.

Yep, same specs as 7610/6670 (including MONO audio output), but with cripple EDGE. Bit of a shit phone and a disappointment.

As for Vampent, they will continue to support their existing emulators. And if you think about it, there aren't many new directions they could go in. All the major retro gaming platforms have already been emulated successfully (Game Boy, NES, Mega Drive, SNES etc), and any new projects would have to involve relatively obscure systems which wouldn't draw sufficient revenue to be worthwhile at the end of the day.

I just hope they can get vSun to a comfortably playable state.

That's wot a nokia insider found out after an test on a pre-preduction model of 3230:

So,first of all nokia claimed that 3230 was a symbian 8.0 device,and thats why i thought (well,hoped at last) that they adopted the same ARM9 core of 6630.But sadly its still a 123 Mhz ARM4T 7.0 symbian device.
Performance-wise it seems that 3230 is a carbon copy of 7610 (that scored 555 on SpMark04).
Camera seems to be very crap,with WB problems and bad colours.(BTW this can be fixed via software before final release,said the tester)
On FM radio we get stereo output but on Mp3 we get a sloppy dual mono output.However tester said once again that is confident that before the final release Nokia may stick to stereo output for mp3's too.
System memory is a merely thin 6Mb (shared),so forget about any type of N-Gage games running on it (well,the latest ones surely won't work).
I think that Nokia once again refuses to bring out the total package and continues his 'good but not perfect' policy.If only this phone featured a faster processor and 10-12 Mb of system memory along with good stereo output we'll have a phone to die for.Maybe Nokia doesn't want this to let his other models survive! :D
