3310 no sound

my friend brought me a 3310 because it did'nt ring. so i removed the "speaker" and tested with my voltmeter if there is any power going through when somebody is calling. nothing changed, it was 0v always. so what could be the problem? why isn't there any power. how could i fix it

Check conection pin 6 N400 to pad Buzzer
