i can't open my phone

something is wrong with my phone
my phone (3660) ran out of battery last night
i tried to recharge the battery but whenever i try to do that the screen only displays the word nokia
is there anyway i could retrieve the files on my phone? very important

Hi,

It may sound silly, but from what your saying it could be right.
With the charger connected have you tried switching the phone on?

Also, sometimes removing the MMC card when the phone won't turn on & then turning it on fiexes problems.
Then use a PC card reader to make a backup & format of your MMC.

Other than that I'm afraid you a little out of luck.

it seem like a standar nokia 3650/3660 problem that the nokia logo hang`s if none of that coolice00 say don`t work you have to go too a nokia repair center and flash the phone it will not cost you anything if the phones are younger than 2 years :cool:
