No camera app. that i know if comes even close to 3000x zoom.

I'm affraid it's impossible!

And as I know all camera phones have only digilall zoom (not optical)
So You can take picture, send it to Your PC and press + (zoom) 8000 times :D

I think best zoom prog is CameraXpro2 with 8x zoom. And also try PhotoAcute!
