Help with nokia 6220 unlock.

Hi.
I have a nokia 6220 on on O2 an i have tried to unlock with the Calculator Made by Crux V2.00

I have put my imei in an entered code 7, but it came up with "code Error".
So i tried code 1 still "code Error"

My mate has tried to put 2 other codes in from a calculator but phone will not unlock.

If post my details about the phone cud someone send me the unlock code please.
