How to Install Seleq using card reader?

Guys, i need help...
My memory card got f****d up real bad....
i decided to reformat it first on the pc then on my ngage qd.
How do i reinstall a file explorer program like seleq?
i am using a card reader...
pls help...

i tried transferring/copying the sis file to e:/****
then i put in my MMC back to my phone, when i open Tools>Manager...
I don't see it there...What can i do?
Can someone help me?

I also tried using unmakesis..but it didnt work.
Unmakesis only recognizes epoc sis files.
What can i do?

i tired reformatting my MMC again using the pc (FAT32, is this correct? ) then using my ngage qd. i also reformatted my ngage qd using *#7370# and i'm trying to see if i can install any file explorer program like seleq or fexplorer.
