Theme help!

1. I saw a theme with completely altered icons. The dude made small pictures of different guns as icons. How do you completely alter them??

2. In Theme Editor, is there a way to save just the icons in a theme to use in another theme?

3. Wich colour (I guess some kind of gray) makes the item transparent in the phone? If indeed there is such a colour, some things I have seen in themes suggests that there is some way to make items transparent anyhow!

well i think for the transparant colour its the same as windows. you need a gif image, microsoft photo editor will do. just open the image in that and theres a button to select what colour you want to make transparant. just click on the colour in the picture and sorted. you should get a white and greay square pattern i think.

i remember when i used animated gif's on my 3650, the ones that had a transparant background were transparant on the phone too i think anyways??? not entirly sure though

Well, that didn't work since you need to save the picture in the external editor and if you don't save in the same format as originally, you will not have it updated in Theme Studio. Therefore I can not choose transparent. Atleast not as I can find in Photoshop. :(
