6630 how to openline?????

My fellow friends here in Noki Flash Reverse Electronic Enigineering, I really need a help urgently. I bought my cellphone in Japan I want to know how a my going to openline my cellphone here in Philippine. Please friends help me out.

pardon my ignorance, but am i right to say, japan does not use sim cards in their phones? so ur phone cannot accept sim cards? (they use cdma i tink)

if the phone was bought in japan...it cant be used in the Philippines...no sim slot..no CDMA network....waste of money...better sell that 6630 to your friends in Japan...and buy a GSM capable 6630 here in Manila...much cheaper

i just got back to the uk from manila yesterday,i couldnt find any1 out there to unlock my 6630 either,with orange its prob 2lock anyway,but would it not unlock with a cable?

No... I head that due to pressure from companies (such as nokia) who did not agree to make phones with and without sims, Vodafone japan now has phones with and without sim cards. I got mine from japan too, I didn't expect it to take this long to unlock a nokia of all phones... But to tell you the truth the phones without sims are better, they have tv tuners and other crazy enhancements.

If it is a 6630 then I guess its a GSM, post yout IMEI, and operator and I will see what I could do.

It IS a regular GSM and WCDMA (3G) . Hence the name 6630. if it was a 6633 for example then it would have been a cdma or something.
