Nokia N-gage qd problem

I have just got a nokia n gage qd, i have a problem getting onto the wap. When i go into the bookmarks and press download to connect to the desired site eg:- o2 wap gprs

The phone keeps showing app. closed
browser this happens every time
Any help if possible please as to what maybe the problem

Lol, no idea whats causing this error, maybe your WAP installation has gotten corrupted. Best best is to format your Symbian Handset, and that should fix up the problem!!!

Thanks for the help, it has cleared up the problem. Got on the wap using t/mobile sim card, just having trouble using o2. Maybe thats a network problem, will have to check that out.
