E700 help!

hi,

i have a problem with my samsung E700. As soon as i turn it on with or without a sim card, the t-mobile screen comes on and doesn't go off. Can someone please give me any ideas on what to do?

its crashing, either send the phone back or flash it usin downloader 3.3 and a flashfile from avi-stuff ?
