Lock Code N-Gage

Hi

I have bought an N-Gage and the kind person I got it off has forgotten to mention that it has a lock code and now says they have forgotten it??

is there way I can get this off please?

All I have is the cable and M-Bus cable

Is there any software that will remove or tell me what it is
