ngage connectivity with pcsuite

can anyone help me with the connectivity of ngage with the pc suite?? i tried connecting from bluetooth thru serial port but it says "ERROR IN CONNECTING" sumthin like this .. plzz n thankx in advance

well when i try connecting with my 6600 or 6630 ... it connects easily with their respective pc suite .. but with ngage, it doesnt connect :( .. any other solution?
