Anyone use/calibrate a WaveTek ?

Anyone know how to use a WaveTek? I need to know how to calibrate it to work with my V400? all my other phones passes the 3-channel test, but my motorolas all fail it, even brand new v400 will fail the test, which I know the phone works, so its the calibration that needs to be fixed. this wavetek is only tri-band,it doesnt have 850, any help? thanx.
