Hi... I've just joined this forum and thought I'd ask a question on the off chance that somebody would know the answer.
I need to retrieve text messages from an old mobile phone that I have - a Nokia 7110. There are no text messages stored on the actual phone so I'm guessing that some sort of examination of the SIM card/bits and bobs inside the phone would be necessary(?).
I contacted a company that can do this (for £200 per phone) but they wanted to know if the text messages were stored in the 'hex dump'. And I have to admit... I have no idea what that means or how I can find out.
Please share your wisdom on this topic with me (if anyone knows anything about it), as I need to get hold of the text messages urgently to prove to my employer that I am not guilty of something. Basically... my career is at stake.
