Urgent Help on 6600 address Book

Dear friends .....
long time since i was here sorry for that :)

i need help for my noika 6600 phone book ... i had a problem with my phone and coz of that i format it and then i installed new software to it so my problem that i had very important phone numbers and i lost it and it was saved on my phone not in my SIM card so i was wandering if there is any way that to retrive my phone book back by any program :( plzzzzzzzz help me on it i need it too much it is a matter of life or death plzzzz :(((( try to guide me on it i tried to find it through SELQ program but i don't know if it will work or what to do plzz guyz .... ok

it's not possible because your address book is in C:\ drive and when you format your phone that drive is completely cancelled and the factory settings will be installed....so no sms/mms/address book...

thanks for ur fast response for my problem but my concern is that.... as the information that i have is like that if u format ur phone u can go back and restore ur saved file .... i'm not that much into those thing but that wat i know :) so i think that there is a program that we can use to restore the phone.

You can restore your saved files if you have made a backup before you formatted the phone...in this case you will find a file called Backup.arc in E:\Backup so go to Memory settings>options>restore from memory card (or something like that)
But if you haven't a backup file you can't restore your files! :D

Sorry to say mates but once you formatted your phone without backuping your phonebooks, sad to say it was all gone. Next time try backuping it to your sim so you can restore it back to your phone. SeleQ? It doesnt work..... Seleq never find your phonebook bec. it was deleted when you done format your phone.

thank you very much guyz for ur help on that and i really feel sad about wat i did but .. this is how we learn :) right?! we learn from our mistake and after this i will never forgt to backup my data :) and i hope to be friends if u don't mind ok ? :)
