3650 video recording

My 3650 video recording has got no audio. Only image appear. I tried pressing *, 3, Send & On. But it does not format my phone. Wat the reasons for my audio to fail in my 3650? & y the *, 3 , Send & on method does not work in 3650. I tried in 6600 & it works. Pls help

check your firmware version by pressing *#0000#. if its lower than 3.16 then no audio is recorded with the video recorder. check the nokia 3650 support site for an update. nothing wrong with your phone.

here are some handy codes:

*#0000# to find out firmware version and more information.
*#06# to find your IMEI number.
*#7370# to format your phone. This will restore your phone to the way it was when you bought it. Make sure your battery is charged or nearly full before you do it.
*#7780# similar to *#7370#
*#2820# to find out the bluetooth ip address of the phone

back up phone memory first before playing around with these codes. make sure your battery has a full charge before formatting the phone.

Audio not working could be firmware related as the other poster said. But if I remember correctly, u could get an update from Nokia's website.

And the buttons to format don't work on 3650. Only *#7370# works to format.

The only button u can press during startup is the "pencil key", to enter safe mode.

Thks for the help. But wat if the version is higher & still no audio in video recording? I try to flash my 3650 before. But aft flashing. the phone fail to start. It appear. "Phone startup fail, Contact phone retailer" Whats the correct proceeder to flash 3650? Is it the same as flashing any other DTC4 phones? I m using Grinnfin box V.2.086

when i replay the video tat i recorded. The speaker icon appear for 1 second then disappear. Btw y when i format user area in 6600. it formats but when i turn on the phone. It appear "Phone fail to startup, contact phone retailer" I m using Grinnfin V 2.086. When i tey to flash it. It is able to flash, but at the last process, phone fail to turn on. It promt user action to turn on phone. But it did not turn on. Pls help thks.

i have no experience in flashing phones, but it sounds like you have got a corrupted flash?

u might wanna try ur luck in the hardware/griffin sections, where the hardware makers will try to answer ur queries.
