Phonebook to mmc

Im having problems with my bluetooth at the moment so I'm wondering if there is an application that will copy/export my phonebook to my mmc and then I can copy that to my pc.

Another thing is there a way to syconronise (sp?) my phonebook with Outlook 2003 with my usb cable AND NOT using the nokia suite?

Try SmartVCard (sVCard)
It can import/export contacts and save as one file on MMC or Phone memory.
