A problem with N-gage QD R-ONE

Hi,
I had a problem previously with Real one player, i don't know its reason, it tells me: General error:89x324... , so, i unistalled it, and installed instead Helix Advanced, but with some 3GP files, i can hear their sound but i only see black screen :-? :-?
does anyone knows why??
PS: i use N-gage QD

Maybe changing the settings from "sharp images" to "high framerate" (and viceversa) works.
