problem with n gage

I recently got the n gage the first one second hand. Ive had a few problems when the phone starts up it gives application errors and when i try to access any phone settings or activate bluetooth it says system error. I went to my local phone shop the guy said i needed my symbian os reflashed but he said he couldnt do it i wanted some advice on how to do it and if there were different symbian ose's maybe some better than others.

u might wanna format ur phone with the code *#7370#.

btw, u cannot flash ur phone by connecting ur phone via usb, u need to buy flashing equipment or get it done at a nokia care ctr.

yup,, it think 60-80% error problems can be solved by format your phone using "Magic Number" *#7370# :-D

Nokia Center is the answer man... Next time, make sure you buy a second hand phone to the one you know, and test all the application and audio output, this is just a reminder to get a defective second hand.
