a terribly bad format on 3650!!!

hi everyone!
I tried a format on my 3650 using the psiloc system tools!!! a mistake! now it will start but!!! it wont show the menu and any button i push it says system error!! even worse i could not remove the vodafone live menu which i heard would be done with the format. Now my phone seems so sick!! I read about the 7370 codes, used them but the same effect !!! please is there anything i can do now??? there must be something apart from visiting the nokia center!!! I really appreciate your help

Hello Mates,

I think theres was a serious problem on your phone and it needs to reflash - go to nokia care and ask for reflasing, your phone may be corrupted not on c: but on Flash IC.

try to remove the memory card, then turn on the phone, while holding the pencil
button (safe mode). if it boots and you can access the menu without a system error message, then you need to back up user data on the phone, and format the memory card, then reinstall data, and also reinstall applications...

I think this wont work because the system error on menu is on phone not on mmc, and even we use the safe mode.. the error may return on normal mode.
Myucolleagues also encountered this and the Nokia care suggest to do a format and if not work reflashing is the only way....
