Game's icon won't show

I have transfered some engage's release games to my ngage.
Then after a few days, I've remove some.
After a while I tried to transfer the same game again, but the game's icon won't show up eventhough the usb cable has been unpluged. The other game's icon is still there.

What possibly goes wrong?

But everytime i plug and unplug the usb cable the game icon is missing again.
Do I have to restart the phone everytime I transferred any files to my phone?

I don't like restarting the phone coz it can cause "Device startup failed" error since I have multiple games stored in my mmc.

Actually I have another way to make the icon show : run super monkey ball first.
It doesn't require restart. But I believe there is another way.

I bet that your firmware version is 4.03 right?
if it is, then download this file and install it to your N-Gage...

It should fix the "Device startup failed" error ;)
