6630, 6680, or 6260?

Which one should I get next? I'm getting bored with my N-Gage...

Well, 6680 would be the best option but are a bastard to get hold of in the UK. I've just had my order cancelled for my 6680 and the company said it will be mid June before they can get hold of any 6680s. Otherwise, the 6630 is a very nice phone.

Any big differences between these three? Except for the fact that 6260 is a flip phone and takes smaller pictures of course...

6630 and 6680 have a megapixel camera compare to 6260, and also faster processor. Either 6630 or 6680 is better phone as of today and im suggesting the 2. But, if you can still wait, theres a new model coming this year from Nokia and i according to its specs, they are great phones with 2 megapixels and with high memory capacity.
