When I had my Nokia 6100 yonks ago I used to connect it to the PC with the data cable on the pop port and use Nokia PC Suit to manage my contacts and SMS messages and a few other bits and peices.
Now I have my Nokia 6600, and I use Bluetooth to send apps and what not to the unit. I also have a Memory Card Reader, Sim Card Reader and Data Cable for it - never bothered to use either yet though.
Is there a way (probably using my Data Cable for it) to manage my contacts on the Nokia 6600? What program will I need?

Install PC Suite and make sure that you have a driver for your cable. But i think your memory card reader is enough to transfer your file, its fast and reliable way.

But he cannot edit his contacts by using his memory card reader :)

Of course he cant. As i say Data files only not the contacts... :-P
Well, for me, it's this way...
when you're transfering large files, use your MMC reader.
But when you're tranfering small files, i suggest that you should use your bluetooth dongle. Why? coz I'ts a hassle just by turning off your phone, removing your mmc, inserting your mmc to the reader, copying the small file, and later returning it back to what it was and installing it! Than to send the file and just install. It should save you a lot of work.
Unless, your phone is hot swappable. (but it's still easier to send it thru bluetooth ;))

lol sorry dude ;)
I think Oxygen phone Manager/PC Suite should help you in that sorta crap :-D
When using pc suite, you need to sync your 6600 on your microsoft outlook's addressbook and resync it back to your phone ;)
When using Oxygen Phone manager, I think it can be edited directly to your phone ;)
Cheers mate & Goodluck ;)

i use MS outlook to edit my contacts keep them up to date and sync using pc suite with my phone not the most straight forward method but it does the job, and with outlook you can export the contacts to an csv file to use with other apps which i find very usfully especially like when i wanna update the contacts on my lg u8120
