Ringtone length change? 3650 & n-gage

I have a 3650 and an N-Gage, both on the same network. The 3650 takes much much longer for it to ring than the N-Gage. How do I change the length of the ringing before it hits the voicemail? I can never make it to my N-Gage on time and I always miss the call, and the 3650 takes way too long...

for my case, i had to call the service provider and check with them how long, and edit it from there.

for u, maybe u can do so by going into ur voicemail and change ur settings from there? if u wan to use an app, some apps like smart answer lets u set the length it rings b4 it starts recording.

Ok, so it would be settings on the operator side and not the phone then, thanks, I'll try to swap the sim cards and that should tell me if that's the case.

Found it!!! Menu>Tools>Forward>If not answered>Activate>To voice mailbox>Delay time :)
