Schematics Nokia 6510

I need Schematics for NOKIA 6510 Phone. WHY? Well, I need some high freq. diodes (which I cant find in a local electronics store). So what I wanna do is to extract the stuff I need.

I think they must be located in amplifier section, so i need the shematics, Can any one help me out???
