Hi All
The latest firmware version available is V3.04.11
It is available by going to your nearest CNSP (Club Nokia Service Point):
To view the nearest follow the link below:
http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,76400,00.html?searchtext=&returnrepair=on&x=9&y=9
**TIP**
Call the service centre before making the journey to make sure they have all the cables to carry out the upgrade.
This has ironed out a lot of bugs that were in the earlier versions.
*** Usefull Information ***
Changing the pre-loaded screensaver:
There are a couple of ways to do this.
1). Go to Themes and then Click 'Options' then 'Edit' you can then choose to display the Date and Time or Text (of your choice).
2). Get hold of a copy of PowerLock this will enable you to use your own animated GIF's as screensavers
Hope this helps.

A question: If you upgrade the firmware, then what apps will the phone still have?? Don't they reinstall all the apps again that were in the phone when you bought it?? Cuz if they don't, it just doesn't worth upgrading.

When you take your phone to a service centre they upgrade the firmware only. all the standard apps that you get with the phone when you buy it are still on it. Cheers

Well I found a new euro version on the JAF support site.
Now Running

RM-36
Works fine on the 3 Network.
The joys of owning a JAF box.

http://www.odeon.cn for the JAF box & support site. (& no I am not sharing my login details) But the file can be found @ i-phone's forum.

There is no such thing as 3G & non-3G firmware.
Its a question of which PP file you upload a GsmOnly or a "normal" one.
Of course at a shop you don't normally have that choice.

Also there is another solution for people that cant find nobody for firmware updating.
Its quite simple to do with FTD application, all necessary information and detailed net monitor guide is available at this link http://www.symbian-freak.com/quides/netmon.htm
Cheers,

Umster:
PP Files are product profile files.
they are put on the phone with a flasher box like jaf or griffin.
Its normally a case of selecting what one you want then loading it on the phone.
As for iphone you will need 20 posts before you can see/access/download the files.
