Vodafone 6680 no Data Call option

I recently got a 6680 which was locked and branded by Vodafone. I got it unlocked and now have my BT Genie sim card in it. Unfortunately i am having trouble setting up an access point up to receive my free basic WAP as the 'Bearer' option in the connection manager only contains the 'Packet Data' option.

Can anyone tell me if vodafone have removed the 'Data Call' and 'High Speed GSM' options or if im doing something wrong when trying to set up WAP. :-?

Might be worth trying to run the phone in gsm mode.
