nokia 6600 hanged

hi everybody...while installing an antivirus on my nokia 6600,the machine suddenly hanged.no keys are working except the switch on/off key...can anybody please tell me what has happened and how to fix the problem?thankzzz......

Try to formate it. Turn off phone, hold green key, * key and right soft key (I'm not sure, read faq) and turn on phone.
